Includes large stall with plenty of turn out in paddocks or pastures.  Unlimited hay, grain two or three times a day, depending on preference.  Always grained individually.  Many large fields to ride in and outdoor

riding arena, 120'x100', behind barn.  Easy access

to miles of horse / hiking trails.
